I've been waiting on those as well Iggy. I'm hoping for a new T-Wire.

Disobey?
I would say Striped Plum, but that doesn't look like a brown gradient to me. And it doesn't look like a Red Tortise...

I think it's one of the new Women's models. Arms are quite Grapevineish. Looks nice enough.

What D&Y said. According to a list our late friend Matt gave me, its either the Disobey, Behave, or Speechless. Looks a little too similar to a Grapevine to me (but appears to be acetate rather than o-matter). I guess there are enough "designer" frames that look alike so why not Oakley.

The Behave is supposed to be a Wire frame though, no? Though I think you might have made a better choice with the Speechless, the only reason being I can't place the color with any of the colorways Dann listed earlier.
Maybe Oakley is trying to say that once you've heard it through the Grapevine, it leaves you Speechless?

Haven't received any colorways for the Speechless yet, so perhaps one of them.

I believe that is Ms. Speechless.

Kinda disappointed. There are three big womens' frames already; I was hoping that at least two of the newbies would be smaller.

Not necessarily Haylon-small, just small enough that I can sell some to more conservative women.

conservative women don't buy Oakley glasses (Oakley isn't exactly a conservative brand), regardless of size. given a choice, they go with mostly low-end designer crap. or, at least that's what I've observed.

Maybe down in gator country, but up here, chicks buy high-end like crazy. Usually not Oakley to be honest but, then again the women specific line is only one season old. It takes a while, not to mention a few appearences on the "what is style" pages in fashion mags, and a few celebrity backers to make a line successful.

But that's because you're out in the boonies.

And in all cases, O-ducated husband + suitably convincing/charming sales guy (or girl) = "Oh these are so cute! Are they really Oakleys? I'll take them."

I think we need to consult Plainsong to see if this is a good move on Oakley's part. Who's rocking her email address?

Anyone have GC small or Monster Pup images yet?

Never mind. I got to see them today. GC Small is exactly what you'd expect: slightly smaller top to bottom, about the width of a Canteen. The little "wing" thingy- the thick part of the earstem where it joins the frame- has been removed, so that the stems are basically the same thickness all the way down, tapering slightly. Brown Smoke Text frame is cool.

Monster Pup has very MD-like arms, and very un-MD-like orbitals. I didn't really like it at first... it looks a bit like MD arms stuck on a GC front. It's a good size for me, though, so I may end up getting one anyway.

Oh, and tentative release for Flak Jacket/Radar is early March.

Ooh, I see new combos for the new Square Wire! When are we going to get them Ti frames? I like the sound of Titanium Polished Black!

I noticed that also Iggy and I'm pretty jazzed for the Ti frame colorways. It looks as if they're supposed to be released in May of 2007. I'm not sure I can wait that long.

Yeah I posted release month when applicable, so that's the tentative release time as it stands now. There were some Ti Whiskers too.
