Okay, one week left - what is on everyones Xmas list??

For me it is a new pair of gloves, a book by one of the Top Gear guys, and a pair of Ian Poulter Flak Jackets.

Come on Santa....

Top Gear is awesome!!!!!!! I love the way they come up with novel ways of trashing caravans, plus they do a lot of filming here in Wales, including testing rear wheel drives on Pendine sands (know here in the UK as the birthplace of speed, due to the size of the beach it's been the site of numerous land speed record attempts), although it's not somewhere I'd put on my top 3 holiday locations, I used to live not far from there.

As far as xmas wishes go...I'd like a pair of romeo 1's...delivered in a kitchen sink

Top Gear is great, one thing I don't like about the show is that they praise english cars too much.
As for the Christmas Wishlist: TIMEBOMB, the non-o stuff doesn't really matter.

I'm dying for a pair of Over the Tops. It's probably the only thing on my Christmas wish list.

..and bash (most) American cars

they don't necessarily bash american cars, they merely show the true flaws in an inflamatory kind of way!! HAHA I love to see all the euro cars put to the test. Lambos, Audi, Austin's, Ferraris, etc...Loved the Bimmer on GPS that would drive itself too! The crap they come up with though is terribly funny!

I used to detest Top Gear for their blatant biases, but I am starting to like the show more. I could do without the boring middle bit where they talk to some British psuedo-celebrity.

As far as my Christmas wish list goes, I can honestly say I have no Oakley on it. I guess I would ask Santa that I win one of the spots on the Co-Pilot boot camp, if they take non-US citizens.

Yeah, I love watching the show. And the wife likes watching it too.

It is the one by Richard Hammond - 'On the Edge'. It is the story of his life before and after the high speed car crash he had.

You know, there's very little I think I want this year. My girlfriend ordered a pair of Frogskins for me and it's really the only thing I asked for. Oh, wait.....Shaun White Snowboarding for my Wii board...it's a must.

Hmm....I guess the only Christmas wish I have know is for a set of snow tires, since the city I'm currently living it does a piss poor jobs of plowing/salting/sanding the roads during winter. Besides, I just got a flat rear tire.

As for an Oakley wish....I don't really have a desire for anything. However, I would probably wish for Oakley to produce a good SLR camera bad for the future.

I second that! I've always wanted Oakley to produce some sort of camera bag for my camera and all my lenses.

Even with the exchange you'll come out ahead and there is a real shortage in Calgary (or should I say "conspiracy"?)

No Oakley stuff for this Christmas.
We have decided to buy something with my GF. We are going to buy a Sony LCD TV which is expensive enough to not buy anything else

Just about any O display case would be good. A single tower would probably be best for now, my collection is still relatively small and square footage is lacking.

How sad is it that books for school are so expensive that you have to ask for them for Christmas...what a dirty dirty scam.

its rediculous. my books for last semester were almost 700 dollars and when i went to sell them back after the semester ended they would only buy two of them back. i was furious.

no kidding huh? my books for the upcoming semester will just be under $700 as well. it makes me cringe to think i could be spending that money on 2-3 pairs of my most desired Oakleys or an Oakley timepiece :(

my tip from years ago:

Don't buy the books until a couple weeks before finals. Study, take finals, and return books for full refund (we had a 30 day refund policy).

Note: I was smart enough to get by, but certainly not a model college student when it comes to solid study habits. ;)
