I received my pair of Red Tiger RJs not too long ago, so the worldwide store and online offerings should be imminent. I was told early May a while back, but no one else was able to really confirm the street date for me. And since I was given a pair, I would imagine it’s not too limited and there will be enough to go around. I suspect it will be available to some wholesale accounts, oakley.com and some O Stores, but we’ll see.

I haven't broken the seal to see what the packaging and contents look like yet, or if the lenses are etched with "Prizm".

I already cleared a spot in one of my cases for these...lol

I wonder if the release will come this Friday the 21st. I know May was mentioned but they pushing this MVP days promo hard on their website so maybe this will coincide? With the 5th being an official unofficial holiday I wouldn't think they drop a new release, but who knows anymore with LUX.

Looks like the size of a Gen 2. If the S on the box Oak posted in the picture above is acurate, then its a 63. Linegear shows the Gen 2 as 62 for their replacement lenses vs a Gen 1 that shows 65.

I'm not one to post negative about the O - just because, well, if I feel negatively about them then why am I such a huge fan? Although, that doesn't mean you have to like everything they do.

Nonetheless...

Another stellar drop - this time for the MUZM Red Tiger RJ's. Ha Ha, ummm, nope. This one was pretty bad actually. Odds were not in your favor if you planned on trying to get them via o.com. Plus the email and the home page posting AFTER they were sold out. Not sure I understand that. Just poor timing? A glitch? Or was it that they sold out in zero seconds flat?

Congrats to those of you who were able to grab a pair. You're either really fortune, have good luck or a miracle worker. LOL!

They usually update the site at around 8am EST. After that you can start scouring the site for the right URL to the page. Thats probably why at launch (if you can call it launch) there were zero available.

I was actually never able to find them in the search, never got an email and never even saw a splash page on the site. Someone finally sent me a link and it would not allow me to add them to cart so they must have been sold out by then.

I picked up mine from a third party seller. Its sad when the little boutique shops have better managed releases of Oakley's eyewear than Oakley itself. A few had raffles, most had pages early that at least let you know they were going to carry them.
