Incase you all haven't been keeping up with the happening in the Co-Pilot Contest thread I made T Shirt graphics for us to represent the site. They are not only for the Co-Pilots though and I encourage you all to make your own 5th Anniversary or O-Review T. You can use these with iron-on transfers available at most Staples, Office Max stores and what not. Just follow the iron-on directions and you're good to go. They make them for both light and dark shirts and I provided ghost lines around the star and triangles to cut them out to shape for dark shirts. Of course, if you weren't a co-pilot you may not want to use the triangle, but have fun and don't use them anywhere to make a buck for yourselves. Also, I have possibilities for upload to sites that make and print Ts so we don't need to discuss that option as I'll explore it when time permits. Enjoy.

Hey all, after we had seen Phil's awesome work, Dawn and I had decided we wanted to get a couple hats done.
I checked with Lids and they said it's a $50 one-time setup fee per image, and then $10 for the stitching done on a hat of your choice (cost per hat varying).
We decided to check if the O-R community would be interested in jumping on this. Basically, we can receive orders by PM, and the cost of the setup fee would be split by each person ordering that particular design.

So if you guys are interested, hit us up with design choice, and we'll keep everyone updated regularly as to how many orders each design has. If we go through with this, we're gonna have to close the list by Friday the 13th, so that we'll have time to bring any Co-Pilot hats with us, and to ship out the rest.

I was also told by them that they have a discount of some sort for bulk purchases...something like 20% when you get 12 or so hats. So that'd be a shared saving all around.

Thanks guys. I printed them out last night for myself and it looks like the color over saturates a bit on the transfers. You may be able to control that in you printer settings. I'll see how they look on Ts tomorrow.

Not bad. I like the way it looks, but Dawn keeps saying "what if they have Co-Pilot gear for us" so it's turning me away from it.


I really like how well this came out, but what sucks is that the words won't fit the way Phil has it sketched. So I'm thinking of having them stitch
