The new website layout:

The intro page scores big; unfortunately, however, the rest of the site does not. It just feels "generic", like a "Vault" website or something. Difficult to quantify in words, but quite simply it's lame.

I agree with the website. I like the simpler layout, but things are harder to find. For instance. Accessory lenses are no longer listed under the "accessory" tab for each piece of eyewear.

Few years back they changed the site to just link to search results. Suppose it's easier to maintain, but lacks the structure I find useful in a site.

Ok. Guess I started this thread. Killing me to do this because I generally try to be positive about all things O.

I'm am truly not happy with these Jury's. The fit is good but for $200 bucks? These give me the feel of the Scelzi Half X's that were 499 back in the day. Not in fit but in cost vs. design.

Just not a good design for the money. I wanted to rant and rave about how great they are, but, I just can't.

I am disappointed. Despite the technology and materials used. I can't say this is a pair I'd recommend to a friend for the price. I can think of many O pair I have that I would recommend to a friend to purchase before these.

Kills me to say it but there it is.

Do you mean the Scelzi Romeo II's?

I hear you on the pricepoint issue lately. Like the Tron Pitboss...that's a pretty high premium on top of an already high-priced frame.

I think the prices that have been inching up over the years have hit their limit of no longer being tolerable. I used to think "oh, it's just 5 more bucks" but after they did that 5 or 6 times, it's become a bit glaring.

Yeah RII's - my bad. They both sucked IMO anyway. Half X and R2 were not bright days in the X-Metal line for me.

I was ok with the Romeo 2, it wasnt my favorite by any means but i didnt hate it. the half x was a major let down for me.

everything in the X Metal line was a let down after Juliet...X Squared is nice, but just kind of missing something...Just doesn't pop and grab attention, and on top of that, they haven't done crap with it like the Juliet with all the signature pieces...just dying a slow death..pushing all this limited crap instead

I couldn't agree more! I have been wanting a signature x squared since they came out.

I LOVE my x-squared. I just wish they had more options etc for them.

great opportunity to get a sweet pair with their info on it...it is a nice pair for sure, and can be a good canvas for many athletes and the likes to have their name emblazoned all over it LOL

Just get a pair of x squared hydroprinted ;)

Nik, thanks for speaking up on the jury. When I looked at them, they really looked great to me, but with them not fitting at all, I didn't pay too much attention to them after that. The price point did seem a bit high (especially being in Canada) but I was still excited about them.

Clothing.

I'd love to wear a lot more O gear than I do, but it's nigh impossible to order anything because of their inconsistencies in sizing. I have button down shirts ranging from S to XL and t-shirts are just as bad. I have no Oakley store near me, and I find that a lot of the time, most of the good stuff is online anyway. I love the stuff they have...but I never order any because it's a gamble on whether or not it'll fit me.

I'd love to see O clothing in larger sizes. I'm not a small guy, but lines such as Ralph Lauren, Nautica all have larger ranges. It's time for an O 'Big and Tall' range.

Couldn't agree more here. I know they have big sizes in HI. All the the big stuff I have ever bought was alwas from HI. Need to increase that size thing - although I do understand why they don't...

...their inconsistencies in sizing
Yes, indeed. I definitely agree here. I never order apparel on line because I've found that I need to try something on to make sure I get the right size. They have so many different fit categories: Regular Fit, True Fit, Golf Fit, Lifestyle Fit, Slim Fit, Loose Fit. The sizing seems to change from season to season as well. Let's just say that whenever I get O apparel as gifts, I do a lot of exchanging. Thankfully, the O-Store is close by.

and how about materials??? the vault shirts are made of some of the roughest materials out there...And dri-wick or whatever it is??? WTF! I bought 5 shirts: 1 Blue, 2 Tan, 2 Black...3 were normal, 2 dri-wick, all same prints...Dri-wick don't fit for sh!t yet regular do??? Why?? this is crazy and try to return them from web purchase is a pain in the a$$ directly through the wallet

Yeah Big "O" clothing would be awesome!!!!!!
They need to make up to 5XL for their supporters, depending how they're cut.
