okay... that Black/Tan/Red Casing Mid has my name all over it! i've decided not to get the Sheetmetal/Aurora regular Casing (in favour of the black one) so this Casing Mid with the red accents will slot in perfectly for my collection.
And just when I thought I had enough Oakley shoes. Oh well, here we go again. Are these a release for this season, this spring, or next fall? Also, is the Casing Mid waterproof/resistant?
I have Oakley shoes and sandals, but no boots yet, so...
I'm gonna have to go with Cal on this...really disappointed. Except for the brown Flywheel, which looks pretty decent. Casual/classy/sporty at the same time, I like that. But yeah, I too agree that it's mostly Sketchers with an icon on it...especially that Slant...eww ! I hate ditching O products, but I mean they can't just blindly like anything they make. Hopefully they come up with something better. Habanero and Humidor is nice at least. But I guess if they're retrieving from the footwear market, maybe they'll scrap some models and simply not come up with a replacement idea...
Look at the pics that Dann posted above. That Habanero doesn't look too much like the release version. Do you think that might be something other than the Habanero above?
The original casual Stick, Shoetwo high, Coil, and Paint, for example, were never listed on Oakley's website, so I wonder if that will be the same case for some of these.
its a bummer i got a chance to test fit kill switch and it is by far the best shoe ever sooo comfy. I wear nothing but silk now and these are much more comfy.
bummer is i just bought 18 pair of black/black laceless silk and now all i want is kill switch
You love it that much and If you have the dough and a good price, why not?
I just bought an extra pair of Black Gaskets and a Brown pair too. I figure my current Black will last a couple of years then I have a fall back. I wouldn't mind a small stockpile of SILKs myself. I'm dying for Crosshair though and Kill Switch does look good. Even Habeñero.
I'm with everyone else, I love the Panhead and the Habanero and can't wait for those to be released. Some of the boots do look a little Timberlandish but I don't think its too much of a bad thing
